Bring your Mountain Bike and ride to Giba Gorge Mountain Bike Park or Giba Gorge Waterfall. A great outing. A Bass dam on catch and return. Wild small animals. Black Eagles and Crowned Eagles nest on the rocky krantz above.
Historical & Cultural

Built at the turn of the century. Built of rock. The ox wagon trail from Durban to Pietermaritzburg meandered past the dam. Was a butchery and store for travellers.
